Game Developer and Audio Engineer

EIDOLA is a combat-focused 2D platformer set in a medieval grimdark fantasy world.

In the fictional kingdom of Perigonia, humans are born with an intangible magic known as Eidolon, the essence of a living being that can be transferred and absorbed by others. Play as a hero who gains multiple Eidola over the course of the game, eventually granting three combat stances: the Swordsman, the Monk and the Archer, each with their own attack styles and devastating special moves.

Traverse different medieval fantasy levels as you hack and slash through foes with your sword, deal debuffs and curses in hand-to-hand combat, and test your aim as you choose from a number of enchanted arrows at your disposal.

This game was made for a first-year assignment at QUT alongside Freya Sambain and Richard Kim using GDevelop. My contributions included:
